Hi everyone! I'm sorry i was really busy past week so i wasn't able to past any recipie but today i'm posting my favorite, chicken keiv or chicken stuffed with seasoned butter! I love this recipie and i hope you'd enjoy it too!
So lets get started!


  1. Four,  chicken breast pieces
  2. 1 tsp garlic paste
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp white pepper
  5. 1 tsp mustard paste
  6. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  7. 1 tsp hot sauce
  8. 1 tsp ketchup
  9. 1 tsp soya sauce
  10. 1 tbsp yogurt
  11. 1 tsp red chili flakes


  1. 1 large egg + water
  2. Bread crumbs
  3. Plain flour
  4. Salt to taste
  5. White pepper
  6. Black pepper
  7. Garlic powder
  8. Red chilli flakes
  9. Tooth picks
  10. Oil for frying

INGREDIENTS FOR seasoned butter:

  1. 100 g unsalted butter
  2. Pinch salt
  3. Fresh parsley ( bunch)/or dried parsley + origano
  4. Garlic paste 1 tsp


  1. Let the butter soften and mix all the seasoning ingredients with a folk and divide it into 4 bars and freeze the bars in a freezer for about 2 hours 
  2. Now pond your chicken. ( I place my chicken in to a thick plastic shopper and pound it from above, with the smooth sode placed downwords) make sure you dont break the chicken.
  3. Now add the ingredients for marinatiom into a bowl, mix well and then add chicken peices. To it, make sure you completely coat them.
  4. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
  5. Now prepair your breading. Mix egg+ water+ salt+ red chili flakes
  6. Season breadcrumbs bygarlic powder white pepper, oregano.
  7. Take the chicken out of the fridge and place the frrezed butter stick and make a roll.
  8. Secure with tooth picks.
  9. Fold in flour, then egg then breadcrumbs.
  10. Either fry on low heat with a lid on for enough time to cook properly OR golden brown in oil and then bake it in an oven to cook through!
  11. Take out the tooth picks.
  12. Serve with mashed potatoes or fries!
