Florentine Chicken Spaghetti |
I'm soo sorry it's been two whole weeks of no recipes! I've been acting so lazy because of the winters, i always want to sleep :p
But today i was really wanting to eat something nice, so i went for this spinich pasta. I totally love spinich and its combination with cream. This dish isn't made out of white sauce so it's kind of light and soo quick because there is no marination etc required. So let's get started!
INGREDIENTS FOR 1 SERVING:
- 1/8th of a kg of chicken or as desired
- Handfull of fresh spinich leaves
- Spaghetti noodles (1/10th of a pack)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Dried coriander- pinch
- Red chilli flakes
- 1/3rd of a cup of cream(40% fat)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp milk (optional)
- Dried oregano
- Grated Parmesan cheese (or your favorite)
METHOD:
- Boil spaghetti as directed on the pack.
- Take a non stick pan and add spinich leaves without oil, just directly put them and let the water dry. Then after 5 minutes remove from heat.
- Now add oil into the same pan and add chicken cut into cubes, with garlic paste. After a minute add salt, pepper, coriander powder, red chilli flakes abd cook untill no juice is left.
- Now in a clean pan add chicken, spinich, butter, cream, milk, cheese and let everything mix.
- Then add spaghetti to this mixture and top it with oregano and salt n pepper(if desired)

Cashewnut chicken |
INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION:
- Half kg chicken
- 1 tsp Chinese salt
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Pinch of salt
INGREDIENTS FOR VEGETABLES:
- 2 capsicum cut into squares
- 1 onion
- 2 green onions
- 20+ cashew nuts
- 2 green chilies
INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY:
- Chicken cube
- 4 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
METHOD:
- Marinate chicken for an hour then fry in oil.
- Add vegetables and fry for 1 minutes in the same pan.
- Add ingredients for gravy in the same pan and then add vegetables and chicken and cook.
- Serve hot with rice.

Hi all!
Today i'm going to share with you this easy fried fish recipe. Although i'm not a fan of fish myself but i make it for my family. So let's begin!
INGREDIENTS FOR MARINADE:
- Boneless fish fillets
- Salt
- Mustard sauce 1 tp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Red chilli flakes
- Cardamon powder 1 tsp
INGREDIENTS FOR COATING PASTE:
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2 tsp baking soda (meetha soda)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 big lemon
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp dried coriander
- 1 tsp chinese salt
- 1 egg
METHOD:
- Place light cuts on the fish and marinate it for 2+ hours.
- Add baking soda water and lemon into a glass and mix.
- Add this mixture to rest of te paste ingredients.
- Now coat fish into the paste.
- Now fry evenly.
- Serve with tartar sauce and fries.

Black pepper chicken wraps |
INGREDIENTS FOR WRAP:
- 2/3rd of a kg plain flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of dried herbs
- 2 tsp oil
INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN:
- Half kg chicken boiled with black pepper, salt, onions and garlic.
- 4 tbsp stalk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 200 g butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- Shredded cheese( as much as desired)
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillis
- 1 tsp chopped green onion
METHOD:
- Mix all the dry ingredients for the dough then gradually add the wet ones and formulate a dough, whick shouldn't be too thin or thick.
- Cover and set aside for 2 hours.
- Meanwhile in a pan add half butter, add chicken and one by one all the ingredients, add red chicken flakes if desired.
- Add remaining butter and more if desired
- Now roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin and then geat it on atawa and add butter on both sides while making it.( you can bake it too by brushingmelted butter over it)
- Now place the chicken onto the wraps.
- Add any of your favorite sauce or just as it is it is.
- Serve immediately with green chilli sauce.
