Black pepper chicken wraps


  1. 2/3rd of a kg plain flour
  2. 1 tsp yeast
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp sugar
  7. Pinch of dried herbs
  8. 2 tsp oil


  1. Half kg chicken boiled with black pepper, salt, onions and garlic.
  2. 4 tbsp stalk
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 2 tsp black pepper
  5. 200 g butter
  6. 1/2 cup cream
  7. Shredded cheese( as much as desired)
  8. 2 tsp hot sauce
  9. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tsp white pepper
  11. 1 tsp finely chopped green chillis
  12. 1 tsp chopped green onion


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients for the dough then gradually add the wet ones and formulate a dough, whick shouldn't be too thin or thick.
  2. Cover and set aside for 2 hours.
  3. Meanwhile in a pan add half butter, add chicken and one by one all the ingredients, add red chicken flakes if desired.
  4. Add remaining butter and more if desired
  5. Now roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin and then geat it on atawa and add butter on both sides while making it.( you can bake it too by brushingmelted butter over it)
  6. Now place the chicken onto the wraps.
  7. Add any of your favorite sauce or just as it is it is.
  8. Serve immediately with green chilli sauce.
