Cashewnut chicken


INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION:

  1. Half kg chicken
  2. 1 tsp Chinese salt
  3. 1 tsp garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  5. 1 tsp red chili flakes
  6. 1 tsp sesame oil 
  7. 1 tsp vinegar
  8. Pinch of salt



INGREDIENTS FOR VEGETABLES:

  1. 2 capsicum cut into squares
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 green onions
  4. 20+ cashew nuts
  5. 2 green chilies

INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY:

  1. Chicken cube
  2. 4 tbsp chili sauce
  3. 2 tsp ketchup
  4. 1 tsp sesame oil
  5. 3 tbsp water
  6. 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  7. 2 tsp soy sauce

METHOD:




  1. Marinate chicken for an hour then fry in oil.
  2. Add vegetables and fry for 1 minutes in the same pan.
  3. Add ingredients for gravy in the same pan and then add vegetables and chicken and cook.
  4. Serve hot with rice.
