Florentine Chicken spaghetti

Florentine Chicken Spaghetti
I'm soo sorry it's been two whole weeks of no recipes! I've been acting so lazy because of the winters, i always want to sleep :p
But today i was really wanting to eat something nice, so i went for this spinich pasta. I totally love spinich and its combination with cream. This dish isn't made out of white sauce so it's kind of light and soo quick because there is no marination etc required. So let's get started!

  1. 1/8th of a kg of chicken or as desired
  2. Handfull of fresh spinich leaves
  3. Spaghetti noodles (1/10th of a pack)
  4. Salt
  5. Black pepper
  6. Dried coriander- pinch
  7. Red chilli flakes
  8. 1/3rd of a cup of cream(40% fat)
  9. 2 tbsp butter
  10. 2 tsp oil
  11. 1 tsp garlic paste
  12. 1 tsp milk (optional)
  13. Dried oregano
  14. Grated Parmesan cheese (or your favorite)

  1. Boil spaghetti as directed on the pack.
  2. Take a non stick pan and add spinich leaves without oil, just directly put them and let the water dry. Then after 5 minutes remove from heat.
  3. Now add oil into the same pan and add chicken cut into cubes, with garlic paste. After a minute add salt, pepper, coriander powder, red chilli flakes abd cook untill no juice is left.
  4. Now in a clean pan add chicken, spinich, butter, cream, milk, cheese and let everything mix.
  5. Then add spaghetti to this mixture and top it with oregano and salt n pepper(if desired)
