Grilled cheese sandwich

Hi everyone!
Hope you'all are doing well! So today I'm posting this easyyy recipe and also I'm going to give you a healthy variant of this recipe which you can include in your diet! Plus I'm sorry for this late posting etc. I'll try to post stuff frequently! :D
So here you go!

INGREDIENTS for regular grilled cheese sandwich

  1. 2 slices of white bread (for one serving)
  2. 2 tbsp margarine 
  3. 2 slices of good quality mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  4. A non stick pan.


  1. Soften you butter by covering it by a glass to bring it to room temperature.
  2. Spread the butter on to the slices, only on the outer side which is going to be grilled.
  3. Now place the cheese slices between the bread covering it properly.
  4. Now in a nonstick pan add a little butter and place the the sandwich.
  5. Cook on both side till you get a golden brown color and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve immediately!

INGREDIENTS FOR healthier version:

  1. 2 slices of 80% bran bread
  2. 1 slice of mozzarella or cheddar cheese


  1. Repeat the same process except this time you'll not butter anything!
