Hi people!!!
Today I'm soo excited to share with you this recipe, because it's a total winner!😂😂 I tried this 4 years ago, I loved it then, I love it now!💜
Also you can replace the chicken cubes with chicken fillets and use the same sauce!
So what are we waiting for?


  1. 1 kg boneless chicken cut into cubes
  2. 250 ml milk
  3. 120 ml Worcestershire sauce (almost half the amount of milk that you use)
  4. 2 tsp flour
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp black pepper
  7. 1 tsp white pepper
  8. 2 tbsp hot sauce
  9. 1 tsp thyme
  10. 1 large onion, sliced
  11. Oil
  12. Sliced mushrooms (optional)


  1. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1 tbsp garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp black pepper
  5. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  6. 1 tsp mustard sauce
  7. 1 tbsp pineapple juice (optional)
  8. 1 tsp dried coriander powder


  1. Marinate chicken with the listed ingredients for half an hour.
  2. Fry chicken in minimal oil.
  3. Take out the cooked chicken and using the same pan fry the onions by adding little more oil, till they are golden.
  4. Meanwhile make a mixture of milk, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and flour.
  5. Mix well and add to the fried onions.
  6. Let it thicken then add salt, black and white pepper, thyme etc.
  7. Then add the cooked chicken.
  8. Mix well, cover it for a minute.
  9. Serve hot with rice.
