Chicken Cheese Paratha |

Today I'm going to share this fusion recipe, cheesy chicken stuffed in a fried chapatti.
I always loved it when I ate it in local restaurants and today I tried it myself, so let's see how it turned out!
SERVES: 3
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 grams chicken (minced/finely cubed)
- 4 tbsp cream
- 100 gram mozzarella cheese ( or add as much you like)
- red chilli flakes
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried coriander powder
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- pinch of white pepper
- pinch of oregano
- whole wheat flour dough
- vegetable oil
METHOD:
- Fry onions in some oil.
- add garlic paste, green chilli and chicken.
- Add all the spices, cream and cheese.
- With the help of a knife chop the chicken finely and let it cool before filling.
- spread the chicken onto one rolled chupatti.
- now place the next chupatti over it and seal the edges with oil.
- Now fry the paratha.
- serve hot with mint chutney.
