Hello everyone!
Today I'm sharing the recipe of my favorite snack! It's a delicious Pakistani take on rolls! It is spicy, tangy and I'm still not able to find one person who doesn't like it! Yes i talking about our very own desi paratha roll! 💕
The good news is that it's soo easy to make that anyone can make it even with frozen parathas! (it's a fried chapatti) So let's get started!


  1. 1 big chicken breast piece cut into cubes
  2. 1 tsp garlic paste
  3. 3 tbsp yogurt
  4. 1 squeezed lemon
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. 1 tsp red chili powder
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masla (all spice)
  8. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  9. Pinch of white or black pepper
  10. 3 tbsp of tikka masala or tandoori masala
  11. 2 green chillies finely chopped
  12. Butter + oil for frying


  1. 2 parathas ( use this recipe lacha paratha)
  2. 3 tbsp of imli ki chutney (tamarind sauce)
  3. 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  4. 1 onion cut in rings


  1. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours in the ingredients listed above.
  2. Then in a pan add 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil.
  3. Add your chicken here and let it cook till the water dries and you see red marks over it.
  4. Now add your onion here and cook for a minute.
  5. Over your paratha, spread 1.5 tbsp chutney and 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
  6. Add half your chicken on one paratha.
  7. Roll it out.
  8. Wrap it in butter paper or aluminium foil.
  9. Serve hot with imli ki chutney.
