As you all know ramzan is here, which means I can post often. So today I'm posting this extremely versatile recipe. In my version I use pepperoni and egg and tomatoes you change that according to your liking! So let's get started!
INGREDIENTS: ( per roll)
- 3 soft, fresh bread slices
- Any of your favorite pepperoni or leftover shredded chicken.
- Omelette- made out of 1 egg
- 1 big tomato-- chopped finely, sprinkled with salt and pepper
- 1 cheese slice of your choice
- 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce/ ketchup
- Pinch of BBQ powder or chaat masala
- Cling film to wrap
METHOD:
- Remove the corners of your slices and roll them with a rolling pin.
- On the first slice spread mayonnaise + mustard sauce mixture
- On the other spread mayonnaise + hot sauce ( or add garlic mayo or chicken spread)
- On the third slice add mayonnaise + chat masala
- Now on the first slice, place your omelette.
- On the second slice add your pepperoni, only 1 layer.
- On the third slice add your tomatoes and place cheese slice over it.
- Now stack the slices over one another. (Egg one the lowest)
- Roll them care fully into a roll and place that roll in the cling film and make a toffee out of it.
- Place this roll in the fridge for at least half an hour.
- Just before serving, cut it out into 4 pinwheels, without removing the cling wraps.
- Only remove them carefully at the time of serving!
