Pinwheel sandwiches

Pinwheel sandwiches
Hey all!!
As you all know ramzan is here, which means I can post often. So today I'm posting this extremely versatile recipe. In my version I use pepperoni and egg and tomatoes you change that according to your liking! So let's get started!

INGREDIENTS: ( per roll)

  1. 3 soft, fresh bread slices
  2. Any of your favorite pepperoni or leftover shredded chicken.
  3. Omelette- made out of 1 egg
  4. 1 big tomato-- chopped finely, sprinkled with salt and pepper
  5. 1 cheese slice of your choice
  6. 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
  7. 1 tbsp mustard sauce
  8. 1 tbsp hot sauce/ ketchup
  9. Pinch of BBQ powder or chaat masala
  10. Cling film to wrap

  1. Remove the corners of your slices and roll them with a rolling pin.
  2. On the first slice spread mayonnaise + mustard sauce mixture
  3. On the other spread mayonnaise + hot sauce ( or add garlic mayo or chicken spread)
  4. On the third slice add mayonnaise + chat masala
  5. Now on the first slice, place your omelette.
  6. On the second slice add your pepperoni, only 1 layer.
  7. On the third slice add your tomatoes and place cheese slice over it.
  8. Now stack the slices over one another. (Egg one the lowest)
  9. Roll them care fully into a roll and place that roll in the cling film and make a toffee out of it.
  10. Place this roll in the fridge for at least half an hour.
  11. Just before serving, cut it out into 4 pinwheels, without removing the cling wraps.
  12. Only remove them carefully at the time of serving!

NOTE: You can always change the order of sauces, also you can replace tomatoes with spinich and add your favorite cheese on it!
