Sriracha chicken sliders |
Whatsup everyone?
I hope that you all are doing well! So today I'm posting this easy easy easy recipe!
It is served cold for extra flavor!

INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled shreded chicken-200 grams (or cook 2 chicken breasts, in some oil, shred them in the same pan and then add the rest of the ingredients below)
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1/3rd tsp of red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp of garlic paste
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Buttered Soft buns ( mini or regular sized)
- 1 small onion-chopped very finely
- Dried coriender powder- 1/2 tsp
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp vinegar/ lemon juice
- Jalapeños (optional)
- Pickled cucumbers (optional)
- Olives (optional)
METHOD:
- In a non stick pan add oil and garlic paste.
- After a minute, add your chicken and tomatoes.
- Mix them well.
- Now add sriracha, hot sauce, ketchup, vinegar, red chilli flakes, coriander powder, pinch of salt.
- Mix it well and cook till the tomatoes are no more hard.
- Remove from heat.
- Add mayonnaise and onions, mix well.
- Toast your buns and add butter to both sides.
- Place as much chicken as you want in the buns.
- Additionally you can add olives, pickled cucumbers, jalapeños to your chicken if you have them.
- Completly cover and place the sliders in your fridge.
- Serve after 2 hours atleast.
