Sriracha chicken sliders

Whatsup everyone?
I hope that you all are doing well! So today I'm posting this easy easy easy recipe!
It is served cold for extra flavor!

  1. Boiled shreded chicken-200 grams (or cook 2 chicken breasts, in some oil, shred them in the same pan and then add the rest of the ingredients below)
  2. 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  3. 2 tbsp ketchup
  4. 2 tbsp hot sauce
  5. 1/3rd tsp of red chilli flakes
  6. 1/2 tsp of garlic paste
  7. 2 tsp oil
  8. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  9. Buttered Soft buns ( mini or regular sized)
  10. 1 small onion-chopped very finely
  11. Dried coriender powder- 1/2 tsp
  12. 2 chopped tomatoes
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1 tbsp vinegar/ lemon juice
  15. Jalapeños (optional)
  16. Pickled cucumbers (optional)
  17. Olives (optional)


  1. In a non stick pan add oil and garlic paste.
  2. After a minute, add your chicken and tomatoes.
  3. Mix them well.
  4. Now add sriracha, hot sauce, ketchup, vinegar, red chilli flakes, coriander powder, pinch of salt.
  5. Mix it well and cook till the tomatoes are no more hard.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add mayonnaise and onions, mix well.
  8. Toast your buns and add butter to both sides.
  9. Place as much chicken as you want in the buns.
  10. Additionally you can add olives, pickled cucumbers, jalapeños to your chicken if you have them.
  11. Completly cover and place the sliders in your fridge.
  12. Serve after 2 hours atleast.

NOTE: If you really like it hot, add sriracha instead of ketchup!
