Banana pancakes

Hiii!!!!! What's up?
I hope you all are doing well! Today I'm going to be sharing with you my take on banana pancakes. Years ago I tried a recipe off the net and it was not pleasant. So I made my own recipe after a lot of failure I came up with this and believe me I LOVE it!
For simple and fluffy pancakes without bananas try my recipe! So let's get started!

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 medium sized bananas
  2. half cup whole wheat flour/ oat flour
  3. 1 tsp powdered sugar/ brown sugar
  4. 2 tbsp milk
  5. 1 large egg
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  8. 1 tbsp oil
  9. Pinch of salt
  10. 1 drop of vanilla extract
  11. Honey for drizzling on top

METHOD:

Egg + banana




  1. In a bowl mash the bananas with a fork, add the egg and mix well.
  2. Now add flour, baking soda, baking powder and sugar. 
  3. Whisk well but leave some lumps because that's going to make it fluffy.
  4. Now add milk and oil. Give a second of gentle mix.
  5. In a non stick pan, greased with oil, add half of the batter.
  6. Flip when you see bubbles.
  7. Cook for 10 more seconds.
  8. Serve with salted butter or Nutella or chocolate syrup or ice cream or honey or jam or fresh fruits or whipped cream! 🍏

YIELDS: 2 pancakes

NOTE: You can double the recipe.
