Chicken Piccata
Hey guys! Whatsup? Today I'm posting a delicious recipe which is bound to blow your mind considering how easy it is! It's an Italian recipe, Chicken Piccata. This takes no time and it's really yummy! Originally the recipe calls for white wine and capers but I missed those. Do try this highly recommended! ( I'm sorry for the quality of the picture)

INGREDIENTS for marination:

  1. 3 Thinly pounded chicken breast or 1/2 kg cubed boneless chicken
  2. 1/2 cup plain flour
  3. Black pepper
  4. Salt 
  5. 1 tbsp vinegar
  6. 1/2 tsp dried coriander powder
  7. Oil for frying


  1. 3 tbsp butter
  2. 1 tsp garlic paste
  3. 1/4 the cup lemon juice
  4. 1 cup chicken stalk
  5. 1 tsp plain flour mixed with water
  6. Capers (optional)
  7. Chopped parsley
  8. Lemon slices


  1. Marinate the chicken with above mentioned ingredients for half an hour and then fry it till it turns golden brown.
  2. Remove the chicken.
  3. In the same pan add garlic paste, cook for 30 seconds. Then add chicken stalk, lemon juice and butter.
  4. Then add dissolved flour mix and lemon slices.
  5. After a minute, turn off the heat and top it with parsley.
Serve with rice or pasta.
