Spaghetti in Lemon butter sauce
Hi guys!!!! I'm back again! This time with an accidental recipe that I came up with today and believe me it's Sooo GOOD! I make pasta very often for myself at night or  when I'm craving something good. I've tried so many versions of pasta because it's my comfort food. Today's recipe is what dreams are made of! Such basic ingredients makeup a yummy recipe. Also check out my Meatballs pasta and Spaghetti bolognese! So let's get started!

INGREDIENTS: (you can double/triple the recipe)

  1. 150 grams of spaghetti (you can increase the amount but by increasing the ratio of all other ingredients easily!)
  2. 30 grams of butter
  3. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  4. 1 large lemon- 2 tbsp lemon juice
  5. 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1 tsp of mixed herbs (thyme, oregano, basil)
  9. Fresh parsley (or dried)
  10. 1 small potato chopped into mini cubes and boiled
  11. 1/2 chicken breast (cubed)
  12. White pepper
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 2 finely chopped tomatoes/cherry tomatoes/sun dried tomatoes (optional)
  15. Lemon zest (pinch)
  16. 2 tbsp ketchup



METHOD:

  1. Into your boiled spaghetti add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and some dried herbs. Set aside.
  2. In a pan add butter and garlic. Let it cook for 50 seconds.
  3. Then add chicken and coriander powder.
  4. After it changes it's color add, potatoes and tomatoes.
  5. Now add lemon juice, zest, red chilli powder, white pepper, herbs, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Add 3 tbsp water and then reduce the water.
  7. Now add in your spaghetti.
  8. Mix well and taste if you need to add more salt etc.
  9. Serve hot!!
