Chicken fingers

Hi everyone! What's up?
 I was busy in exams so I posted this late. Also the picture is not the best quality. So today's recipe us really simple and best eaten quickly! You can add whatever spices you like in this recipe but this is my version. I hope you enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS: ( 8 fingers)


  1. 1 large chicken breast (cut into strips) OR 8 chicken fillets
  2. 1.5 cups of flour seasoned with salt and pepper, Italian seasonings and 2 tbsp corn flour.
  3. 1 bowl if butter milk (Milk+vinegar) 
  4. 4 tbsp sriracha or any hot sauce
  5. 1 tsp of chopped garlic
  6. 1 tsp of fresh chopped parsley or coriander
  7. Salt
  8. Red chilli flakes
  9. MSG
  10. 1 tsp mustard sauce
  11. Oil for frying




METHOD:





  1. Add parsley/coriander, mustard, garlic, salt and MSG to chicken fillets and mix well.
  2. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Now in a bowl add butter milk and hot sauce, mix well.
  4. Now add all your chicken here for at least 2 hours.
  5. Then after 2 hours, remove the chicken from the butter milk.
  6. Now dip it first into the seasoned flour then the butter milk then again into the flour.
  7. Now place it on a wire wrack for 10 minutes.
  8. Heat your oil and add not more then 3 fingers at a time.
  9. Serve hot with any of your favorite dipping sauce.
