Apple and cabbage salad
Hi guys!
I hope you all are doing well! I've been the laziest person with the blog and you'd be like she is back with only a back with a basic salad! I know is basic but I've been eating this everyday as a breakfast for a week. I'm really obsessed! It's almost guilt free. I add minimal mayo but I can't avoid croutons!

INGREDIENTS:


  1. 1/4th of a large cabbage cut into rough squares
  2. 1 medium-small apple sliced
  3. Chopped left over BBQ chicken or roast etc
  4. 2 tbsp mayonnaise (more if you wish)
  5. Pinch of black pepper
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  8. Your favorite bread croutons



METHOD:



  1. Mix up mayonnaise, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl,
  2. Now add cabbage, apple and chicken,
  3. Mix really well.
  4. Then add croutons.
  5. Enjoy!


SERVES: 1 if you are me!
