Banana oat bread
Hi everyone! I hope you all are well and enjoying the winters! I've started my diet so I thought to share my desert while I'm dieting. It's a guilt free, yummy banana bread.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 medium sized banana-mashed
  2. 6 tbsp oat flour- grind your oats
  3. 2 tsp/tbsp honey
  4. 2 tbsp coconut oil
  5. 1/4 th tsp baking powder
  6. 1/4th tbsp baking soda
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. Pinch of Cinnamon powder
  9. 2 drops of vanilla essence




METHOD:

  1. Mix all the wet ingredients.
  2. Then mix the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix them together in a microwave safe small cup.
  4. Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute.(depends on the power!)
  5. Serve hot immediately!
