Grilled Fish

Hi everyone!! What's up?
So I've been on diet that's why I'm inclined towards these healthy options these days and what better option than grilled fish! You can serve this with tartar sauce for best taste! Also you can make a sandwich out of this. The recipe originally comes from my grandmother and it's really simply!

INGREDIENTS:


  1. 1 boneless fish/fillet fish (cut into strips)
  2. 3 tbsp lemon juice
  3. 1/2 tsp lemon zest- finely chopped
  4. 2 tbsp red chili powder
  5. Salt according to the type of fish
  6. 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1 tbsp garlic paste
  9. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  10. 1 tbsp olive oil




METHOD:


  1. Apply salt, lemon juice, lemon zest and garlic paste to your fish. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Now make a mixture of the rest of the spices.
  3. With the help of your fingers apply the spice blend to every  inch of the fish.
  4. Marinate for atleast half an hour.
  5. Now grill the fish until it's fully cooked and reddish brown on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with tartar sauce.
  7. To make homemade tartar sauce mix- half cup of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp relish, 1 tsp chopped green onion, salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Mix all this together to get your sauce.
