Beef burgers with caramelized onions

Juicy Beef Burgers |
Hi everyone! What's up? I've come up with a juicy beef burger recipe that'll impress anyone and it's soo easy!I hope you enjoy it!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4th of a kg minced beef with fat
- 1 small onion chopped and cooked till translucent
- 1 tbsp garlic paste cooked with onions
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 3-4 tbsp beaten egg
- 4-5 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Oil for frying
- Grill or non stick pan
- 3 burger buns
- 1-2 onions caramelized by cooking them on low heat for 30 minutes in 2-3 tbsp of oil.
- Mayo sauce- (mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika)
- Ketchup
- 3 cheese slices
METHOD:
- In a bowl add the minced beef, salt, pepper, chopped green chilli, red pepper, egg, garlic, onion, bread crumbs and mix well.
- Now carefully divide the beef into portions.
- Make a ball and then flatten it out, especially the center. Thin pieces are best cooked.
- Now in a pan add 3 tbsp oil.
- On medium heat cook the Pattie, 4 minutes on each side.One minute before switching off the flame, add your cheese slice on top of the pattie and cover the pan with a lid so the cheese melts. If you your beef to be juicy and not hard, this timing is good.
- Toast your buns and add the mayonnaise sauce.
- Then add your pattie and the caramelized onions OR jalapeño slices.
- Serve hot with fries.
