Creamy gnocchi with chicken
Hi everyone!
I hope you're all good. Today I'm sharing this easy gnocchi recipe, although gnocchi with simple marinara is my favorite. This is another take on it. Gnocchi is basically a form of dumpling which I've made with potatoes. It's really easy but to make it perfectly you need no lumps in the mashed potatoes and season your potatoes really well!


  1. 2 medium sized potatoes-boiled, pealed, mashed
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. Salt 
  4. Pepper
  5. Red chilli flakes
  6. Half an egg
  7. Water for boiling


  1. Half chicken breast, cubed, fried 
  2. 3 tbsp butter
  3. 1 tsp flour
  4. 1 tsp- Dried oregano
  5. 1.5 full cream cup milk
  6. 1/2 chicken cube
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. Red chilli flakes
  10. Cheese
  11. 2 tbsp cream
  12. 1 tsp garlic paste


  1. Add half an egg to the fully mashed potatoes seasoned with generous amount of salt, pepper and red chilli flakes.mix well and make a ball.
  2. Now gradually add the flour, converting it into a dough.
  3. Divide the dough into half.
  4. Roll the dough into a long cylinder.
  5. Slice the roll at a distance of 1 inch.
  6. Add these slices into boiling water, dish them when they float.
  7. Transfer them into a pan with hot oil just to add color.
  8. You can serve them directly with .Marinara or Buffalo sauce too.

METHOD FOR white sauce :

  1. In a pan add butter
  2. Then add garlic and oregano 
  3. Let it cook, then add flour.
  4. Mix well, then add milk, chicken cube, salt, black and white pepper, red chilli flakes, cheese and cream.
  5. Let it thicken, then add cooked chicken and gnocchi.
  6. Serve hot.
