Pasta in spiced up Marinara

Pasta in spiced up Marinara
Hi everyone! Whats up?
Today's recipe is my brother's favorite. It's extremely easy and better than what you get at a restaurant. You can add the left over marinara in an air tight container and refrigerate it for 6 days. So Let's get started!

  1. 1 can of tomato puree
  2. 4 large pealed diced tomatoes
  3. 2-3 tbsp oil
  4. 1 onion- finely chopped
  5. 1 tbsp of garlic paste
  6. 1 tbsp of dried oregano
  7. 1 tsp dried or fresh thyme/basil
  8. Salt
  9. Crushed black pepper
  10. Red chilli flakes
  11. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  12. 1 tbsp hot sauce
  13. 1/2 chicken cube

  1. 350-400 gram pasta- al dente
  2. Small cubed chicken- cooked in salt, papper, red pepper and lemon.
  3. Shredded cheese of your choice

  1. In a nonstick pan add oil, garlic and onion.
  2. Let it cook untill the onion is translucent
  3. Then add chopped tomatoes, chicken cube, and 3 tbsp water.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes, then add puree and all other ingredients.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes on low.
  6. Then in another pan add pasta, chicken and cheese.
  7. Mix well then add the desired amount of marinara and serve hot.
