Peanut butter Granola bars

Hi guys! I'm back! This time with something i enjoy almost everyday but without freezing and i love it with green tea. it's guilt free and delicious. Also it's soo easy anyone can enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS:


  1. 2 cup quick cooking oats
  2. 1/2 cup rice krispies (or replace it with oats if you prefer)
  3. 2 tsp honey
  4. 2 tbsp brown sugar
  5. 5 tbsp butter
  6. 2 tbsp peanut butter
  7. 1 small snickers chopped or chocolate chips
  8. Pinch of salt



METHOD:




  1. In a bowl add butter, sugar, honey, salt and microwave for 1 minute and mix well.
  2. Now add peanut butter and mix.
  3. Then add oats, snicker and rice krispies(local).
  4. Now add into a paper lined square tin.
  5. Press hard with a back of a glass. 
  6. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into sqaures.
  8. Enjoy as a snack!
