Chocolate Cheese Cake in a Jar!

Hi guys!
What'sup? So today's recipe is basically a 2 serving recipe. You can make pretty jars and giveaway as gifts. Mine isn't that pretty. It's just an old peanut butter jar and my writing is awsome as you can see. The best part about this recipe is that you can make 2 different flavors in 2 different jars. I love orange flavored cheese cakes but sadly I had no orange juice or zest.
You can make the basic cream cheese, cream, condensed milk mixture and then add whatever flavor you prefer, the options are endless, lemon, nutella, strawberry, banana, caramel etc.

  1. 150 grams of cream cheese.
  2. 1/2 a cup of sweetened condensed milk (for homemade one: add 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar to a pan, let it cook on medium to low heat for 15-20 minutes until it is thick)
  3. Cream- 50 grams
  4. 1 tbsp Gelatin- optional
  5. 2/3rd cup of melted dark chocolate chips or if you want other flavors add equal amount of nutella or strawberry puree, mango puree, concentrated orange juice with more cream etc.
  6. 3-4 biscuits of your choice, crushed and mixed with a tbsp of melted butter.
  7. 2 drops of vanilla essence
  8. Pinch of salt
  9. I don't use any more powdered sugar after condensed  milk but you can add after tasting if you feel the need.

  1. Take a clean jar, place the biscuit crumb mix to the bottom, press it.
  2. With the help of an electric hand mixer or egg beater or stand mixer mix all the ingredients until it is thick and fluffy.
  3. Add to 1 large jar or 2 small jars with the crumb layer already set.
  4. Freeze for atleast 4-5 hours or over night without gelatin  before serving.
  5. Since the container is air tight you can eat some of it then store it back to the freezer. Just like an icecream.
