Chicken Teriyaki

Chicken Teriyaki

Hi guys! What's up? It's getting really really hot and I love recipes which are quick and uncomlicated. So today I'm sharing the easiest fancy recipe that is going to satisfy everyone and surprisingly with a very few ingredients. So let's get started. Okay hold on remember using chicken thigh is crucial, I would say it adds 80% of the flavor, believe me!

  1. Half kg boneless chicken thighs cut in strips
  2. 1/4th of a cup soy sauce
  3. 4 tbsp brown sugar
  4. 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  5. 1 tbsp garlic paste
  6. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  7. Salt and pepper for chicken
  8. 2 tbsp oil (preferably sesame)
  9. Broccoli for the side (optional)
  10. 1 tbsp corn flour

  1. In a bowl add chicken, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, 1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix well and marinate. You can do it over night or for 1 hour.
  2. In a separate bowl mix remaining soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, 4 tbsp water and corn flour.
  3. Take a non stick plan, add chicken. Let it cook for 12 minutes or until there is no water left and there is brown color.
  4. Now add the sauce and cook until its thick.
  5. Serve with boiled rice and steamed vegetables.
  6. Serves 2-3
