Easy Mango cocktail parfait
Hello everyone! So today I'm going to be sharing with you the easiest cream based dessert recipe ever! I'm sure you've tried something like this but what makes it easy is the fact that you don't need to whip the cream but we use Jelly and cream blend to get the thickness we desire. No condensed milk required aswell unless you want it really rich. Moreover, you can make it with orange, lemon, banana or whatever flavor you like. This does taste like an icecream you can make it without the fruit bits aswell if you like. 


  1. 400 grams of chilled cream 
  2. 1 pack of mango jelly/jello 
  3. 2 packs of Marie Biscuits or Graham crackers
  4. 50 grams of melted butter
  5. 1 tin of fruit cocktail ( drained) or a mix of fresh fruit mix
  6. Half a can of condensed milk if you want it very rich. ( I didn't add it) 


  1. In a grinder/processor add the Biscuits and butter until no lumps are left. Add this to the bottom of whatever containers you plan on using. And set them in the freezer.  Save some for the layers. 
  2. Mix the Jelly powder in 3 tbsp of warm water. 
  3. Immediately add Jelly mix to cream and blend or whip until well combined. (I used a hand blender) At this point you can mix in the condensed milk if you're using it. 
  4. Now mix the fruits. 
  5. Lastly add this mix over the biscuit layer. Then add more crumbs. You can add a layer of simple whipped cream in between aswell if you desire. 
  6. Cover the containers with a lid or cling film and place them in the fridge or freezer for 2 hours.
  7. Serve when they are set.
